Microsoft Trainer & Project Support
One of our esteemed clients have a unique opportunity to join them as a Microsoft Evangelist/Trainer, candidate will utilize his/her knowledge to participate in various types of training, such as inductions, staff development and management. Candidate will also be required to provide Project support for Site Wide rollout of Microsoft products.
• Certifications on Microsoft technologies required.
• Project Management certifications (preferable)
Fixed Term Employment – 6 Months
Salary: Negotiable
Technical Skills:
• Experience of designing and delivering high quality training courses
• Have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Packages, including Office 365
• Experience of producing an effective evidence-based training programme
• Ability to deliver timely and bespoke learning and development solutions
• Knowledge of different training styles and learning styles
• Experience of designing and delivering IT training solutions and/or staff/management development programmes
• Experience of producing e-learning training solutions (desirable)
• A training or teaching qualification at level three or above (desirable)

• Good verbal and written communications and presentation skills demonstrate an aptitude for assimilation of new technologies and solutions.
• Excellent in written and verbal communication and Good customer/Client relationship management

• Working with the required teams towards the resolution of a specific problem
• Timely & quick response to emails/ escalation from peers/Leadership
Job Role:
• Delivering IT inductions and designing course content. Use of appropriate teaching methodologies
• Work with IT Service Desk manager to identify potential subject areas, team or department requiring IT specific training
• Ensure that all IT training is recorded
• Collate statistics and KPIs for monthly reports for IT training
• Ensure that all IT training resources are created and maintained to a high standard (for in-house applications)
• Deliver Business as usual IT training
• Work with Employment & Training manager, IT Programme and Project Managers to ensure that all IT training requirements are identified and met
• Use innovative methods to facilitate the effective adoption of new technologies by our staff
• Evaluate the effectiveness of all IT training
• Create a high level of staff awareness of IT training materials and informal learning forums
