Job Description
At least 8-10 years in experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture. 4+ years of hands on experience in application development and in Pega PRPC v5.x/v6.x/v7.x and Pega frameworks. Should be certified CLSA(Part 1&2) in Pega PRPC v6.x/v7.x. Generating innovative ideas for Client Problem using BPM solution-Part of Automation assignments. Good understanding of Business Process and ability to prepare design documents and provide technical effort estimate. At least 4 years of experience in either J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), web development (JSP/Javascript/CSS), .Net. Develops and demonstrates advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features. Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical requirements. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

- Should be very good in communication, expressive, collaborate with distributed team
- Understand the requirements, high level design and involve in development
- Maintenance/support/enhancement of existing high level design and add new modules
- Interact with multiple internal FedEx stack holders on work assignment & status on need basis.
- Scrum master is responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
- Possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
- Should be a friendly communicative person, because when team is moving fast in Agile, communication is the effective force which holds the team together.
- Needs to forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source.
- Needs to be expert in estimation and planning. He knows how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
- Should be a good coach in Agile practices. S/he can coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
- Help team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.
- Ability to shield his team from outside distractions and interferences.
- Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process.
- Ability to track and remove impediments.

Technology/Skillset:
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
- Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works.
- Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches, like: Kanban, Crystal, FDD, XP, etc.
- Knowledge about other methodologies other than Agile-Scrum, so that he can explain other methodologies to motivate his team.
- Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needs.

Technology Lead – Apache Kafka
Role: Technology Lead – Apache Kafka
Location of Work: Amersfoort, Netherlands
Contract Duration: 06 months + Extendable quarter on quarter (depending on requirement)

Skills:
- Manage large scale multi-nodes Kafka cluster environments residing on any cloud environment.
- Handle all Kafka environment builds, including design, capacity planning, cluster setup, performance tuning and ongoing monitoring.
- Perform high-level, day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for the Kafka Cluster.
- Creation of key performance metrics, measuring the utilization, performance and overall health of the cluster.
- Capacity planning and implementation of new/upgraded hardware and software releases as well as for storage infrastructure.
- Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks.
- Proactively monitor and setup alerting mechanism for Kafka Cluster and supporting hardware to ensure system health and maximum availability.
