· Business Analysis, mapping client requirements to MS CRM terminologies.
· Able to understand CRM in detail.
· Should have knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM modules.
· Sales Module.
· Understand existing systems and map functionalities to new system to be built.
· User story writing.
