Roles and responsibilities:

• Working in Managed service support projects with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Ability to independently write queries to database and get details needed to resolve production support issues
• Support users during period closure issues.
• Conducting/assisting in initial workshops (CRP) for capturing requirements and confirming solution
• Identifying and documenting gaps, performing and supporting configurations during multiple phases of project, including testing cycles
• Making recommendations to resolve gaps through solution design and/or process changes
• Identifying and building test scenarios and test scripts
• Functionally designing legacy data conversion approach and solution, including other gaps the solution may have
• Work with global team and teams across locations
• Provide timely updates to the team leads/supervisor/project manager
• Project documentation including design documents, testing scripts, training manuals
• Working in Evening / Night shifts to support USA customers

Qualifications 

·         4+ years of experience in Oracle Finance consultant  / Finance techno functional consultant .

·         Well versed with Oracle modules of  finance – GL, AP, AR, FA, CM

·         Good working knowledge of modules interacting with Oracle Finance like procurement, project costing

·         A Bachelor/Masters’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Accounting

·         Applicants with Cloud project experience / trained on Oracle ERP Cloud  will be preferred

·         Knowledge of SQL / PL SQL

·         Flexibility to work in shifts
