Rate/Salary :     GBP 350/Day

Based in London and reporting to the head of FX Booking and Position development, this role involves working with traders and other dev teams as part of a small team to develop and maintain this reliable system managing millions of transactions.

Skills / Qualifications: The candidate must have the following skills and qualities;

•             Experience working in complex architecture

•             Proactive and flexible approach to dealing with challenges

•             Highly motivated to work directly with traders

•             Strong communication skills

•             Strong analytical skills

•             Strong Java development skills including experience with multi-threaded programming, performance optimization

The following experience would be desirable:

•             Knowledge of FX cash product and business

•             Experience of high-performance / distributed architecture

•             Oracle Coherence

•             C#
