PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, architect, and review solutions built on Office 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, PowerApps, Flow, and more
• Migrate Office 365 workloads including SharePoint and Exchange
• Establish governance teams and documentation for Microsoft 365
• Establish baseline security policies in Microsoft 365
• Creation of technical design documentation
• Define best practices and processes while working with cross functional teams to ensure their adoption
• Lead a team of dynamic, energetic engineers
• Provide team mentoring, architecture, testing, and on-time delivery of high-quality work

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 7 to 10 years of SharePoint administration experience with 2+ years of experience administering SharePoint Online
• Strong experience in Office 365 identity and Azure Active Directory Connect
• Strong experience in migrating Office 365 workloads including SharePoint and Exchange
• Strong experience in Team Collaboration, Content management (ECM), Web portals, Enterprise search, and User management
• Strong experience in integrating SharePoint with third party enterprise tools
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodology
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a geographically disperse working environment
• Ability to adapt to time critical deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional commitment, detail oriented, high focus on quality, passion for learning new skills
