Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Able to contribute best-in-class programming, to develop highly innovative, maintainable Web, Responsive Web code using Typescript and JavaScript frameworks
• Able to understand the requirement and design/architecture of the solution.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize Web Application for maximum speed and scalability
• Responsible for coding, unit testing and delivery of high-quality work.
• Responsible for high-level and low-level technical design documentation.
• Quick learner and highly motivated to keep himself/ herself abreast with the latest technologies.
• Work closely with Architects and PMs to build scalable, extensible, and secure applications
• Responsible for team mentoring, coding, testing and on-time delivery of high-quality work

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 4 to 8 years of experience as a software engineer or senior software engineer including experience helping to lead development teams
• 4+ years of Web development experience (HTML5, CSS3, CSS frameworks, Responsive Web Design, jQuery, Bootstrap, JSON, JavaScript frameworks, etc.)
• Deep experience with Angular & TypeScript (Angular 4+ experience preferred)
• A passion to design and develop enterprise quality web solutions leveraging both client side (Angular or React) and server-side technology in Node.js
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and serverless technologies like AWS Lambda functions
• Understanding of microservices
• Understanding of testing tools such as Karma, Jest, Protractor, Jasmine, SoapUI, and Mocha
• Experience in Web Service integration, asynchronous request handling, partial page update etc.
• Knowledge of JS based build tools like Grunt, Gulp, and Bower
• Worked with automation tools like, Git, SVN, VSTS, Jenkins, Jira etc.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, self-motivated and excellent presentation skills
• Ability to effectively work both autonomously as well as on a team

Desired Skills

• Some consulting experiences
• Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP as well as a Serverless framework(s)
• Agile-based development experience

Required Qualifications

• Competent to work in all phases of web programming or development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) or higher
