Detailed Job Description

No of years’ experience: 

Senior Developers(6+ years’ experience) to migrate Net core application to Pivotal (PCF/PAS). Reengineer or Re architect the .Net core application to utilize the cloud native and 12 factor design.

Skill Set:

Identify the gaps in the current application design/code to make them perfect application to be hosted on PCF/PKS platform.

Senior developers(6+ years’ experience) to migrate Net core application to Pivotal (PCF/PAS) .

Senior developers(6+ years’ experience) to migrate Net core application to Pivotal (PKS).

Reengineer or Re architect the .Net core application to utilize the cloud native and 12 factor design.

Mandatory Skills:

• Deep understanding of pivotal cloud foundry(PCF) /pivotal Kubernetes services (PKS)

• Exposure to Pivotal Cloud Foundry as an operator or administrator

• Sound understanding of BOSH skills

• Experience in Developing .NET core on PCF/PKS

• Hands on experience in trouble shooting PCF/PKS applications

• Solid understanding of Cloud Native applications

• Solid understanding of 12 Factor design.

• Understanding of Azure cloud platform.

• Steeltoe framework understanding.

• Concourse Automation skills.

Good to Have Skills:

•  Certification from pivotal.

• Understanding of microservices architecture.

• Experience using GIT, SVN or any other source control system.

• Experience using Jira.

• Experience using Jenkin, Team city or similar CI/CD tools.
